With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of Argosy University; Georgia School of Professional Psychology specializing in counseling, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise; are working with Trauma, PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, Addictions or Substance Abuse,  EMDR,  Depression, Anxiety, Stress,  relationship issues, and daily life challenges.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, I have received training in EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and an extensive education in trauma related issues. I am an active member of ISSTD (International Society for the Study of Trauma & Dissociative Disorders),  EMDRIA, (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing International Association),  AAP (American Academy of Psychotherapists),   ASCH ( American Society of Clinical Hypnosis), and AGPS (Atlanta Group Psychotherapy Society).

I practice as an interactive, solution-focused therapist.  My therapeutic approach is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental, supportive enviornment;  in which practical feedback helps you effectively understand and gain new insight, address personal life challenges, and gradually make changes that have so long been desired.  
I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.  I believe that with compassion and understanding, I am able to work with each individual to help them recognize (maybe even for the first time) their strengths, and build on them, and then attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
